Being a Product Manager in Kaleyra means to join a worldwide multi-cultural Product Team with connections in Italy, India and US.
In this role you will join the Kaleyra Enterprise Product Team that is focused in evolving our leading multi-channel cloud-based messaging services to banks, insurances, financial organizations, fintech companies as well as other Telcos and OTTs; in this specific role you will have focus on management Enterprise Applications worldwide.
Enterprise Applications are a vast portfolio including solutions for Transactional Messaging over SMS and IM, SMS Marketing and Promotional Campaigns, Business Analytics and many others.
You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, evolution and innovation of the whole set of applications guaranteeing to be in line with the company strategy and product team OKRs also including phase out and migration from legacy platforms to the most modern ones.
You will work closely with several teams within Kalyera such as Product, Technology, Operations and Sales.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
Establishes a shared vision across the stakeholders by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Develops a product vision and executes on it from ideation to product launch
Understands business and customer needs and identifies the Product Targets, Value, Characteristics and Pricing structure
Gets insight from Business and Sales teams, Customers, Product Operations, internal and external research, usage data and relevant KPIs
Prioritizes improvements and new features development that will deliver business objectives and customer benefits
Interacts with internal and external technical and business stakeholders
Constantly aligns all stakeholders about product status and any critical path
Creates, manage and share the product backlog and product roadmap
Drives product and feature launch together with a team of customer-focused engineers
Guarantees delivery of required product documentation, specifications, presentations and any other material
Provides solutions in order to guarantee / improve product performance, quality, reliability and stability
Explores and identifies possible 3rd pty solution and/or partnership that can be integrated in Kaleyra product to achieve business or functional goals
Manages relationships with any 3rd pty involved in product development to guarantee quality and deadlines
Required Experiences and Skills:
At least 5 years of Product Management experience in software products for B2B market
Knowledge about UXD and UI principles
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN
Used to manage product backlog, roadmap and priorities
Able to understand and discuss technical architectures and software logic (and related pros, cons and potential issues)
Adaptability with the ability to quickly learn new information systems and integrate them into existing processes
Familiarity with understanding and using information from data analysis and/or business intelligence KPIs as evidence or potential issues or to improve product
Having previous experience with banks, insurance and fintech would be preferred
Open-minded and open to discussion

Fluent business and technical english is a must (written and spoken)
Bonus skills and experiences
experience as product manager in CPaaS and/or other Messaging/Marketing solution
experience as a user with Business Analytics and Business Intelligence tools
Knowledge about how SMS works from telecommunication point of view
Knowledge and experience in messaging services like Push notifications and IM (WhatsApp particularly)
This position is fully remote (with possibility to join any of the Kaleyra Office)
