We’re now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to enter our family as “ Engineering Manager".
This position is full time and will be based in our Bangalore office (during COVID-19 crisis, the position will be remote-based).
Either NodeJS or Golang or Python programming experience.
Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP.
Experience with any relational or non-relational databases.
Experience with Caching tools.
Experience with Messaging Queues.
Deep, hands-on technical skills in high scale and complex systems.
Be able to quickly spot flaws in design and architecture.
Be able to help and guide the team in re-architecture and refactoring.
Review the technical designs.
Should be able to participate in Code Reviews.
Take technical ownership of the product.
Be able to define the technical priorities.
Should be aware of the Alerting and Monitoring Systems like NewRelic and PagerDuty or OpsGenie.
Be able to take a metrics based approach for measuring each and everything for the product, team and process.
Be able to execute the product roadmaps.
Review and optimise the sprint plan and timelines for deliverables.
Hire, build and lead a high performing engineering team.
Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Prepare and execute a training plan for the team.
Share the success and failures of the team.
Manage stakeholder expectations by providing reports, schedules and progress updates.
10+ years of experience.
Good to have:
Experience with ElasticSearch or DynamoDB.
Experience with ELK Stack or Graylog.
Experience with Containerisation/AWS Kubernetes.
