Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven individuals, looking to joining a dynamic role

in our Operations team.

The “Modus Operandi” for this individual would be to liase with the Sales and In-House Tech team, while

keeping in mind the current functionality of the application, to make sure that the customer’s

requirement for functionalist does not get lost in translation.

Empathy along with a strong understanding of the product that Kaleyra works with, advocating for the

current product, analyzing new requirements from a solid data driven view-point are the kind of skills

we are looking for in potential candidates.

Who can apply:

  • Strong communication skills in English (sense of humor and wit is mandatory, not optional)
  • Ability to sympathize with, and advocate for the customer (The customer is always right, even if it seems like he is asking for the Sun and stars)
  • Data driven analytical mindset (No excel, no interview. Basically, a Data Ninja)
  • Love learning about new technology and find ways to “tweak” what we have, to get the maximum juice out of it.
  • Organized, multi-tasker, who loves working with short deadlines and loves the pressure.
  • Basically, trying to keep up with all the tasks assigned and taking on more. No Pressure.
  • Available to work on weekends and okay working beyond the stereotypical “office hours”, to make sure work gets done.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service with product related queries being handled in the process

What you would be doing:

  • Working directly with the Account Manager and Customer to get an understanding of the customer’s requirements, while keeping in mind the full scope and functionality of the product.
  • Work directly with the Sales Team and Customer to get an understanding of the customer’s requirements, help resolve issues and ad-hoc queries that they may come up with regarding the application within the stipulated SLA for that issue or query
  • Building a working model of a solution to help the Customer improve his customer contact methods
  • Integration of Kaleyra’s product to the customers and make sure that its functioning as per the expectation set at the beginning of the relationship.
  • Knowledge of API and postman and with an ability to quickly absorb the functionality of
  • customers applications/interface.
  • Taking inputs from customers and creating requirement documentations to be shared with the Tech Team
  • Creation of work flows with clear thought process and covering all “if” situations.
  • Handling Application related queries and making sure the customer has the correct understanding of the capabilities of the application

  • You can speak other regional or foreign languages
  • You have good negotiation skills and own conversations like a boss.
  • You are problem solver, ready to dive into details and figure out how to get things done.
