PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Our Product department is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team!
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a true passion for mobile and Internet services. A Performance Marketing Specialist in Kaleyra is a key member for innovating and executing the various marketing & product initiatives across the company and it’s a key role for the success of the company.
This position is full time and can be based in one of our offices worldwide (during COVID-19 crisis, the position will be remote-based).
Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s
Optimising campaigns globally and across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
You drive the strategy and execution for all the Performance Marketing paid channels (such as: SEM, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Native Advertising, Sponsored Content) as well as organic channels like SEO and Referral Marketing
You identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels (both organic and paid) that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
You are able to write yourself the content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages, but you can also lead people working with you worldwide for the same purpose
You test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
You build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
This is an International position, so a good knowledge of written and oral English is mandatory
5+ years experience in product marketing or digital marketing
3+ years experience in performance marketing, SEM/SEO, digital acquisition and lead generation paid campaigns
Knowledge (official certifications appreciated) of:
Google Ads - Search, YouTube, Display, Video
Yahoo and Bing ad center
Google Marketing Platform
Google Search Console
Native (Outbrain, Taboola)
Hubspot and/or Freshmarketer
Structured thinking, communications and overall approach
Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
Experience in performance marketing & SEO
A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
Being curious and creative
Being relentless in pursuit of growth
Preferred to have experience in Hotjar, Semrush, Hubspot and/or other similar tools within the growth stack
Experience communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
Organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Previous strong experience as Performance Marketing Manager for SaaS companies is a plus, particularly if in the communication industry!
