We’re now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to enter our family as “ Lead - Systems Engineering ".
Here’s what you will do:
Own/lead the enterprise tools and systems engineering area that deals with developing and managing various tools for company use
Design, implement and manage the Identity and Access Management strategy
Develops tools and custom solutions/automations that act as catalysts in improving the employee collaboration, productivity and organizational security
In consultation with IT operations and Information Security, raise the bar on the lines of standardization, automation and efficiency
What will you be doing?
Design, deploy and maintain enterprise systems to effectively manage enterprise endpoints, applications and services
Standardize the IAM process across the tools and the platform used within the Company
Manage systems and configurations centrally with automation & standardization mindset
Refine the SSO systems used by the company
Monitoring the IAM process for all the platform
Create a common baseline to install and manage services across different countries
Create scripts and use tools to automate tasks
Hire, mentor and groom a small team of passionate systems engineers
Expected skill-set and competencies
6-8 years experience in leading/managing enterprise IT that includes end-user systems, DCs, fleet management and customer success engineering
Expert level proficiency in design and implementing various Identity and Access Management solutions that include but not limited to AD, LDAP, Okta, and SSO with oAuth2/SAML.
Should have managed systems using tools like SCCM, Puppet/Chef/Ansible and Manage Engine etc.
Expert level proficiency in building and managing medium size OS fleet, Mobile devices, Corporate IT services (AD, DNS, File/FTP/Mail Servers, Backup and Recovery)
Proven experience in setting up and running on-prem DCs, networks and systems
Solid troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix/Windows and Networking
Proficient with Internet/Network systems/services such as Loadbalancers, Firewalls, DNS and CDN
Great troubleshooting skills, proficient in using tools like dig, ping, traceroute, iptables, netstat and nslookup etc.
Experience as developer and/or systems programmer is appreciated
Ability to read through a log, locate a problem and find a solution
Fast learner, open minded and can operate with minimal supervision
