Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Able to fix meetings with CXO level.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling 
  • Average 90% of New business target/Closer should achieve month on month.
  • Acquiring Competition clients on specified region & data assigned.
  • Maintaining healthy sales funnel by making maximum research.
  • Should maintain average selling price on SMS & Voice given by the manager.
  • Maintain Monthly sales reports & updating the same in Spreadsheet without fail.
  • Should be 100% complaint towards new business operations and client servicing.
  • Periodic review with Managers - weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Ensure 100% attendance in all AHMs and team meetings.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing forum including cross-functional team members.
  • Proactively participate in all the training programs set by the Manager and Management
  • internally and externally. Participating monthly reward program for Discipline, Performance, efforts & Excellence in the workgroup.
  • Preparing Case studies if required etc.
  • Learn & adapt all core values of the Company and display it internally with the team and externally with customers. 
  • Capable of giving an online demo to the client and close the same.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other similar portals.
  • Team Handling

Requirements

Work experience: 3-4 years’ experience as inside sales or marketing coordinator

Strong communication skills.
