Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Inside Sales team and contribute to the growth of Kaleyra Business by reaching out to new and potential clients and briefing them on how our product can help their business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation via different sources and portals (LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc) & reaching out to the right people (emails, cold calling, etc) in the organization to introduce them to our product.
  • Reaching out & converting all leads to potential clients in the assigned region.
  • Keep the data updated & a healthy sales funnel by doing constant market research and staying updated with the industry.
  • Convert clients by giving competitive pricing on the Kaleyra Products as decided by the Manager
  • Ability to converse clearly and confidently with potential clients on the product, give product demo's even for people at CXO level
  • Should be 100% compliant towards new business operations and client servicing.
  • To be able to manage, guide, mentor and coach the team members. 


  • Work experience: 3-4 years’ experience in Inside Sales
  • Good understanding of technology & products
  • Good with MSOffice, Google Sheets, etc to be able to maintain monthly MIS and other reports.
  • Strong communication skills along with the ability to convince clients on the product.
