Job Description

We are looking for a business development partner, who is entrepreneurial in nature and is passionate about technology sales, able to develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing customer contact until signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

What you will do here - 

  • Identifying prospects/leads and contacts and navigate through company structures to identify decision-makers.
  • Engaging with clients through calls/emails and meetings to pitch the product & services as per their business needs.
  • Persuade and negotiate with prospect leads to take it to closure & be the SPOC for the client.
  • Keep the clients updated about new product development & stay updated about their business needs to cross-sell or up-sell solutions based on their business needs.

We believe a salesperson needs to have below skill sets:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Persistent with a positive attitude about work
  • Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
  • Great understanding of technology & how stuff works. Curious to know more.
  • Not afraid of losing & trying new approaches in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated, desire to do/be better every day to contribute to his/her highest potential.
